Overall nothing to report from today. We met some nice people but no one from our programs (some were there we just didn't meet). We both go to our specific orientations tomorrow so there should be more to share after that!
Oh yeah, a girl from my program had sent a couple of emails over the last couple of weeks about getting together tonight for dinner to meet one another (one of these emails was TODAY). Joey and I went and got to the restaurant about 10 minutes late (fashionably late) and NO ONE WAS THERE. We waited on the street for another few minutes decided what to do and then, when we still didn't see anyone, we decided to go elsewhere. So, Mer, that's how we got stood up for dinner by a whole group of people!
