- We are finally done with the house thing (closing at least) so we no longer have to worry about that, and moving is half-way complete,
- My sister, Beth, came into town and we got to spend time (albeit busy) together
- We had an amazing time at the baby shower on Saturday and
- Then kept the merriment going with Meredith's birthday party that night (when I figured up that if Joey, Billy, and Jack had been there our ENTIRE family wouldn't have been in the same house...including significant others!),
- I got some monogramming tips from Sandra,
- We spent a lazy Sunday morning in the kitchen with homemade biscuits,
- We spent the afternoon in Montgomery for another WONDERFUL shower and a great time with family,
- I got to see Emlyn's new house in Montgomery
- And then got to spend some quality Mom-and-Beth time in the car on the way back to Birmingham.
Whew...no wonder I have been sleeping 9 hours each night!
