What a long drive!

We are headed home for Christmas!

Bear with me everybody

This is my formal apology to my friends and family:

To everyone that I have not called, or those I have screened their calls, or those I haven't returned emails from: I'M SORRY!

I just don't have any time during the week right now....after I wake up on Monday morning I don't stop running from thing to thing until Friday night (if I'm not on call that weekend).

So please forgive me for not talking to you. It's not that I don't want to, it's that I physically can't. The few minutes of breathing time that I have in the evenings I save for Hayes and Joey! But I will be off this rotation as of December 18th at 5pm....we can talk then ;)

The only reason I can get on the blog right now is that I am on call at work :)

What you can't see in this picture is that the feet have laces on top....too cute!

Here he is trying to sit up...he pulls his head forward and tightens up his abs...He's not too good at it yet but you have to start somewhere! One of these days I will remember that videos do not turn sideways ;)

Head Control

I didn't realize he would be so STRONG...but he has been holding his head up since a couple of weeks after he was born. He is absolutely getting more endurance with it too. Here he is having a very important meeting with his friend, Amelia: He looks so serious!

Here he is watching TV....yes, we are terrible parents for letting him watch tv but he LOVES it....we are going to make a much better effort at reading to him from now on, I promise.
